This is the colour that we chose to go with the record. It's to represent water because it's one of the most important things to every living creatures survival, a total enigma that resonates with sound, and the thing that will rise up and destroy the human race at some point. Sad but true. Respect Mother Nature.

lyrics
Last call for what has to be said
Last chance before the night ends
And the day breaks
When the sun comes out
The feelings may change
The truth, half-truths, or flat out lies
What has to be said will be hidden again
So drink up and speak your mind
Confused
Looking around
Walking down in circles
And the cowardice
The late night regret
Couldn’t see it coming
The truth, half-truths, or flat out lies
What has to be said will be hidden again
So drink up and speak your mind
Honesty sight unseen
You’re the only one who knows what’s real
Like the mornings hazy view
I can’t separate, separate the truth
Honesty sight unseen
You’re the only one who knows what’s real
Like the mornings hazy view
I can’t separate the truth
A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
